Amfetamina (Amfetamin; bahasa Inggris: Amphetamine, juga disebut Alfa-Metil-Fenetilamina, beta-fenil-isopropilamina, atau benzedrin) adalah obat golongan stimulansia (hanya dapat diperoleh dengan resep dokter) yang biasanya digunakan hanya untuk mengobati gangguan hiperaktif karena kurang perhatian atau Attention-deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) pada pasien dewasa dan anak-anak. Juga digunakan untuk mengobati gejala-gejala luka-luka traumatik pada otak dan gejala mengantuk pada siang hari pada kasus narkolepsi dan sindrom kelelahan kronis.

Pada awalnya, amfetamin sangat populer digunakan untuk mengurangi nafsu makan dan mengontrol berat badan. Merk dagang Amfetamin (di AS) antara lain Adderall, dan Dexedrine. Sementara di Indonesia dijual dalam kemasan injeksi dengan merk dagang generik. Obat ini juga digunakan secara ilegal sebagai obat untuk kesenangan (Recreational Club Drug) dan sebagai peningkat penampilan (menambah percaya diri atau PD). Istilah "Amftamin" sering digunakan pada campuran-campuran yang diturunkan dari Amfetamin.
