Mayor Jenderal TNI Mar (Purn.) Budi Purnama, S.IP., M.Agr. (lahir 5 Januari 1963) seorang Purnawirawan TNI-AL yang sejak 28 Desember 2020 mengemban amanat sebagai Staf Khusus Kasal.[1]

Budi Purnama, merupakan alumnus Akademi Angkatan Laut (AAL) angkatan ke-XXXIII/tahun 1988.[2] Jabatan terakhir jenderal bintang dua ini adalah Pa Sahli Tk. III Bid. Banusia Panglima TNI.[3]
