Fali Sam Nariman (10 Januari 1929 – 21 Februari 2024) adalah seorang ahli hukum India. Beliau adalah advokat senior di Mahkamah Agung India dari tahun 1971 dan menjadi Presiden Asosiasi Pengacara India dari tahun 1991 hingga 2010.[1][2] Nariman adalah seorang ahli hukum yang diakui secara internasional[oleh siapa?] pada arbitrase internasional. Ia dianugerahi Penghargaan Nasional Lal Bahadur Shastri untuk Keunggulan dalam Administrasi Publik ke-19 pada tahun 2018. Ia adalah salah satu pengacara konstitusi paling terkemuka di India dan menangani beberapa kasus terkemuka. [3] Dia adalah Jaksa Agung Tambahan India dari Mei 1972 hingga Juni 1975.[4]

Nariman dianugerahi Padma Bhushan (1991),[5] Padma Vibhushan (2007)[6] dan Gruber Prize for Justice (2002) dan merupakan nominasi anggota Rajya Sabha, Majelis Tinggi Parlemen India untuk masa jabatan (1999–2005).
