Festival Film Internasional Toronto (bahasa Inggris: Toronto International Film Festival, disingkat TIFF, ditulis sebagai tiff., bahasa Prancis: Festival international du film de Toronto) adalah sebuah festival film yang dihadiri masyarakat yang diadakan setiap September di Toronto, Ontario, Kanada.

Pada 2012, 372 film dari 72 negara ditayangkan di 34 layar lebar di pusat kota Toronto, menyambut sekitar 400,000 hadirin, lebih dari 4000 orang diantaranya adalah profesional industri.[2] TIFF dimulai pada Kamis malam setelah Hari Buruh (Senin pertama pada bulan September di Kanada) dan berlangsung selama sebelas hari. Pada 2015, festival tersebut dihadiri sekitar 473,000 hadirin, 5,400 profesional industri, dan 1,200 jurnalis.[3]

Dibentuk pada 1976,[4] TIFF sekarang menjadi salah satu acara paling diidam-idamkan dari jenisnya di dunia. Pada 1998, majalah Variety menyatakan bahwa TIFF "adalah yang kedua hanya setelah Cannes dalam hal gambaran, bindang dan aktivitas pasar berprofil tinggi." Pada 2007, Time menyatakan bahwa TIFF telah "bertumbuh dari tempatnya sebagai festival film musim gugur paling berpengaruh menjadi festival film paling berpengaruh."[5]

Film-film terkenal yang melakukan penayangan perdana Amerika Utara atau dunia-nya di Toronto meliputi Chariots of Fire, The Big Chill, Husbands and Wives, Thirty Two Short Films About Glenn Gould, Downfall, Sideways, Crash, The King's Speech, Moneyball, Silver Linings Playbook, Argo, dan Dallas Buyers Club.
