Mahkamah Konstitusi Belgia (bahasa Belanda: Grondwettelijk Hof, bahasa Prancis: Cour constitutionelle, bahasa Jerman: Verfassungsgerichtshof) adalah lembaga negara dalam sistem ketatanegaraan Belgia. Pengadilan yudisial ini didirikan pada tahun 1980. Yurisdiksinya diperluas pada tahun 1988 dan 2003.
