Panlongcheng (Hanzi sederhana: 盘龙城; Hanzi tradisional: 盤龍城; Pinyin: Pánlóngchéng) atau Kota Panlong adalah situs arkeologi yang terkait dengan budaya Erligang (1510 - 1460 SM). Situs ini terletak di utara Sungai Yangtze di Distrik Huangpi, Wuhan, Hubei, Tiongkok. Panlongcheng adalah situs Erligang terbesar yang pernah digali, dan banyak ditemukan peninggalan budaya Erligang pada masa jayanya. Situs ini ditemukan pada tahun 1954, dan digali pada tahun 1974-1976.

Situs yang ada di Panlongcheng ini sebenarnya jarang dihuni pada era sebelumnya yaitu periode Erlitou (sekitar 1900 - 1500 SM), hanya terdiri dari beberapa pemukiman kecil dibandingkan dengan wilayahnya seluas 200 km². Selama periode Erligang awal, situs ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat, dan ditemukan bangunan bertembok yang meliputi area sekitar 75 km². Panlongcheng mungkin dijadikan sebagai pos terdepan pada masa Erligang yang berfungsi untuk mengendalikan sumber daya regional, seperti tambang tembaga.

Teknik konstruksi dan pengecoran perunggu yang ditemukan di situs Panlongcheng ini, identik dengan teknik yang digunakan dalam budaya Erligang dan di wilayah Zhengzhou, tetapi gaya tembikarnya berbeda. Gaya pemakaman elit Erligang juga mirip dengan gaya pemakaman di Zhengzhou, tetapi gaya ini kemudian menghilang di akhir budaya Erligang. Situs ini kemudian mengalami kemunduran pada masa akhir budaya Erligang, kemungkinan besar karena persaingan dan makin pesatnya perkembangan budaya Wucheng (masa awal sekitar 1600 SM), yang berarti hampir sezaman.

Di Provinsi Hubei, situs lain seperti Jingnansi dan Baimiaozhu juga ditemukan peninggalan model budaya Erlitou atau jenis keramik pada era akhir Erlitou hingga era awal Erligang.[1]
