Pengadilan Slánský

Pengadilan Slánský (nama resmi Proces s protistátním spikleneckým centrem Rudolfa Slánského artinya "Pengadilan persekongkolan anti-negara yang terpusat pada Rudolf Slánský") adalah sebuah pengadilan acara melawan unsur-unsur Partai Komunis Cekoslowakia (KSČ) yang dianggap mengadopsi jalan pemikiran pemimpin Yugoslavia Josip Broz Tito.[1] Pada 20 November 1952, Rudolf Slánský, Sekretaris Jenderal KSČ, dan 13 anggota partai utama lainnya, 11 diantaranya adalah orang Yahudi, didakwa ikut serta dalam persekongkolan Trotskyit-Titoit-Zionis dan 11 orang dihukum termasuk Slánský dihukum gantung di Praha pada 3 Desember,[2] dan tiga orang dihukum penjara seumur hidup. Prosekutor negara pada pengadilan di Praha tersebut adalah Josef Urválek.[3]
