Peter Lewis Kingston Wentz III (lahir pada 5 Juni 1979),[2] atau lebih dikenal sebagai Pete Wentz adalah musisi berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat yang dikenal sebagai bassis, penulis lirik dan vokalis latar untuk grup musik Amerika Serikat, Fall Out Boy. Sebelum membentuk Fall Out Boy pada tahun 2001, Wentz adalah vokalis utama sekaligus penulis lirik untuk Arma Angelus.[3] Selama masa hiatus Fall Out Boy pada tahun 2009-2012, Wentz membentuk grup musik beraliran eksperimental, elektropop dan dubstep bernama Black Cards. Ia memilik sebuah label rekaman, DCD2 Records yang telah menaungi grup seperti Panic! at the Disco dan Gym Class Heroes. Fall Out Boy kembali pada Februari 2013.

Wentz juga terlibat dalam proyek non-musikal lainnya, seperti menulis, akting dan fesyen; pada tahun 2005 ia mendirikan perusahaan pakaian bernama Clandestine Industries. Ia juga menjadi pembawa acara untuk acara TV Best Ink dan menjalankan sebuah perusahaan produksi film bernama Bartskull Films, serta sebuah bar bernama Angels & Kings. Kegiatan filantropinya termasuk kolaborasi bersama Invisible Children, Inc. dan Tap Project UNICEF, suatu proyek penggalangan dana untuk menolong seluruh orang di dunia dengan air minum bersih.[4]

Pada tahun 2007, Wentz menikahi kekasih lamanya yaitu Mikey Way dari My Chemical Romance. Pernikahan itu didampingi vokalis Patrick Stump dan drummer Andy Hurley.
