Vanderbilt Avenue adalah sebuah jalan pendek di borough Manhattan, New York City. Jalan ini membentang dari 42nd Street hingga 47th Street, antara Park Avenue dan Madison Avenue. Jalan ini dibentuk pada akhir 1860-an akibat pembangunan Grand Central Depot dan dinamai sesuai Cornelius Vanderbilt, pembangun terminal sesungguhnya.[1] Grand Central Terminal Park Avenue Viaduct membentang di atas sisi timurnya. Yale Club of New York City dan Manhattan Institute for Policy Research terletak di Vanderbilt Avenue, di persimpangan East 44th Street.
