Bristol City 2024–25 football season
The 2024–25 season is the 127th season in the history of Bristol City Football Club and their tenth consecutive season in the Championship . In addition to the domestic league , the club is also participating in the FA Cup and the EFL Cup .

Pre-season and friendlies
On 9 May, Bristol City announced they would host Willem II in what would be the final pre-season friendly.[ 35] A second friendly was later confirmed against Aldershot Town .[ 36] A further two more were added on June 4, versus Newport County and Exeter City , both behind closed doors .[ 37] On 10 June, City announced a friendly against Cheltenham Town .[ 38]
