This template was considered for deletion on 2018 July 9. The result of the discussion was "no consensus".

There has been changes over where Denmark should be placed in the template but I do not think out right leaving it out is a viable option. While it may be difficult to place, I think that it should be on there. If we really cannot come to a conclusion over where Denmark should be placed, I think it should just have it's own category like a "Miscellaneous".
