Zlatna lopta za nogometašice (izvorno: Ballon d'Or Féminin) individualna je godišnja nogometna nagrada koja se dodjeljuje najboljoj nogometašici godine. Dodjeljuje je francuski časopis France Football. Prva osvajačica ove nagrade bila je norvežanka Ada Hegerberg.[1]

Nagrada je predstavljena 3. decembra 2018. na dodijeli Zlatne lopte za prethodnu sezonu. Također je predstavljena nova nagrada za najboljeg mladog igrača godine, Trofej "Kopa".[2][3]

Kontroverze

Ceremonija dodjele Zlatne lopte za žene održava se svake godine tokom međunarodne pauze za žene, što znači da žene nominirane za nagradu često ne mogu prisustvovati.[6] Kandidatkinja za 2023. Georgia Stanway izrazila je frustraciju što nije mogla da prisustvuje ovoj "prilici koja se pruža jednom u životu",[7] koja je imala meč kvalifikacija za Olimpijske igre u drugoj zemlji manje od 24 sata od ceremonije. Samo sedam od dvadeset žena je bilo u mogućnosti da bude na ceremoniji 2023. Imale su utakmice sljedećeg dana i propustile su trening, ali su došle da prihvate nagradu za najbolji klub 2023. dodeljenu Barceloni.[8] Georgia Stanway je pozvala na bolji raspored imajući na umu žene kako bi više nogometašica moglo prisustvovati. Menadžerica Engleske Sarina Wiegman izrazila je razočaranje što naporan rad igračica neće biti pravilno nagrađen zbog ovog sukoba rasporeda sa međunarodnim obavezama.[9]
