  12. ^ Chrichton Stuart replaced Cllr. Joseph Singh after his resignation in 1993[2]
  13. ^ Green replaced Cllr. Susan T.B. Smith after her resignation in 1991[2]
  14. ^ Adams replaced Cllr. Ian R. Mallett after his resignation in 1992[2]
