Bjørn Aamodt (24 February 1944 – 29 April 2006) was a Norwegian seaman, industrial worker and poet.[1][2]
Biography
Aamodt was born in Bærum and died in Oslo, Norway. The son of artist and footballer Asbjørn Aamodt, he graduated artium at Valler Gymnasium in 1962 and later studied psychology at the University of Oslo, where he graduated in 1975. Between 1962 and 1972, he worked as a sailor and dockworker. He was later employed as a crane operator and metal worker.[2]
