Chinese association football player
Chen Chunxin (simplified Chinese: 陈纯新; traditional Chinese: 陳純新; pinyin: Chén Chúnxīn; born 25 December 1997) is a Chinese footballer currently playing as a right winger for Qingdao Hainiu.
Club career
Chen Chunxin was promoted to Chinese Super League side Shanghai Port first team squad in the 2020 Chinese Super League campaign. On 4 December 2020, he made his professional debut in a 2–0 defeat against Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors in a group game in the 2020 AFC Champions League.[1] The following season he would establish himself as a squad player within the team and go on to score his first goal for the club in a league game on 15 August 2021 against Tianjin Jinmen Tiger in a 5-0 victory.[2]
On 30 March 2023, Chen joined fellow top tier club Qingdao Hainiu for the start of the 2023 Chinese Super League season.[3]
