Lynch auditioned for season 10 of America's Got Talent in 2015. After the live audition, Howie Mandel hit the golden buzzer, sending Lynch straight to the quarterfinals at Radio City Music Hall. Lynch competed in the quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals. Lynch was among the top five performers and eventually came in second place behind ventriloquistPaul Zerdin.[2]

Lynch has a YouTube channel where he posts content and occasionally streams a show called Dog Vlog.[3] Lynch's videos feature him talking to viewers about his life with his service dog, as well as his self-deprecating comedy.[4][failed verification] The channel has over 2 million subscribers.
Beginning in December 2017, Lynch starred in a flash animation series named Therapy Dog, created with animator Tony Celano. The series is about a character called Andy (Lynch) repeating his daily struggles with his dog Stella acting as his therapist.[citation needed]
