American legislative district
North Carolina's 56th House district is one of 120 districts in the North Carolina House of Representatives. It has been represented by Democrat Allen Buansi since his appointment on June 1, 2022.[1]
Geography
Since 2003, the district has included part of Orange County. The district overlaps with the 23rd Senate district.
