María Bruce (en inglés, Mary Bruce; c. 1282 – 1323) era la hermana menor de Roberto Bruce, rey de Escocia. Durante la Primera Guerra de Independencia escocesa, fue capturada por los ingleses y encarcelada en una jaula en el castillo de Roxburgh durante aproximadamente cuatro años. Era hija de Roberto de Brus, VI Señor de Annandale, y Marjorie, Condesa de Carrick.[1]​

Junto con otras parientes del rey (su otra hermana Cristina Bruce, su hija Marjorie Bruce de once años, su esposa Isabel de Burgh y su partidaria Isabella MacDuff), fue capturada y entregada a los ingleses por el Conde de Ross. Por orden del rey Eduardo I de Inglaterra, la mantuvieron prisionera en una jaula de hierro y madera expuesta a la vista pública a diario en el castillo de Roxburgh. Isabella MacDuff estuvo encarcelada en una jaula similar en el castillo de Berwick.[2]​ Fue transferida a condiciones supuestamente mejores en 1310. Esto no fue necesariamente un movimiento humanitario, se ha sugerido que por entonces Bruce estaba obteniendo fuerza, siendo ella potencialmente una rehén valiosa, y los ingleses no querían que enfermara y muriera de exposición. También había una alta probabilidad de que la rescataran de Roxburgh.

Fue finalmente liberada a cambio de nobles ingleses capturados en la Batalla de Bannockburn.
