Ermelo on kunta Alankomaissa, Gelderlandin provinssissa. Asukkaita kunnassa oli 26 312 vuoden 2008 lopulla ja väestötiheys on 307 as./km². Kunnan pinta-ala on 87,38 neliökilometriä, josta vettä on 1,73 km². Ermelon pormestarina toimii Wiert Omta. Ermelon keskuspaikka on samanniminen kuin kuntakin. Kunnan pääelinkeinot ovat muovi-, metalli- ja värjäysteollisuus, maidontuotanto ja siipikarjankasvatus.[2] Ermelo on lisäksi suosittu lomanviettopaikka.[2]

Ermelon naapurikunnat ovat Harderwijk pohjoisessa, Nunspeet koillisessa, Apeldoorn kaakossa, Barneveld ja Putten lounaassa ja Zeewolde (Flevolandin provinssissa) luoteessa.

Ensimmäinen maininta Ermelosta on vuodelta 855. Paikkakunnalla on muun muassa 1000-luvulta oleva kirkko sekä Johanniittain ritarikunnan luostarin rauniot.[2]

Ermelon kunta muodostuu seuraavista osista (holl. kernen): De Beek, Drie, Ermelo, Horst, Houtdorp, Leuvenum, Speuld, Staverden, Telgt ja Tonsel.
