Linguas galoibéricas

Clasificación das linguas románicas de acordo con Koryakov Y.B.,[1] o grupo occidental de Koryakov é semellante ao grupo galoibérico de Ethnologue.

As linguas galoibéricas constitúen unha das agrupacións en que Ethnologue clasifica as linguas románicas, aínda que outros autores discrepan de que constitúan unha unidade filoxenética válida. En particular, as linguas galorrománicas parecen máis distantemente relacionadas con outras linguas galoibéricas doutras linguas non galoibéricas excluídas do grupo. En lingüística histórica é notoriamente coñecido que a clasificación dos grupos de alto nivel dunha familia lingüística é máis complicada que a identificación dos grupos de máis baixo nivel (cuxo parentesco é máis evidente). Por esa razón a agrupación galoibérica debe contemplarse como unha conxectura ou proposta de clasificación, dentro das linguas románicas. Porén, algúns dos grupos que conforman este conxunto son claramente unidades filoxenéticas entre elas, as linguas iberorrománicas, as linguas occitanorrománicas, as linguas galorrománicas, as linguas galoitalianas e as linguas retorrománicas.
