יחסי טורקיה–פינלנד הם יחסי החוץ בין פינלנד לטורקיה.

סקירה כללית

טורקיה הכירה בעצמאות פינלנד ב-21 בפברואר 1918. יחסים דיפלומטיים ביניהם כוננו ב-20 במאי 1920.

ביוני 2019, הגבילה פינלנד את יצוא נשק לטורקיה, לאחר שארדואן פתח בפלישה נגד חמושים כורדים בצפון מזרח סוריה.[1]

באוקטובר 2021, בעקבות הפנייה לשחרורו של הפעיל הטורקי עוסמאן קוואלה שעליו חתמו 10 מדינות מערביות, הורה נשיא טורקיה רג'פ טאיפ ארדואן לשר החוץ שלו להכריז על שגריר פינלנד כפרסונה נון גרטה, לצד 9 השגרירים האחרים. עם זאת, השגרירים לא קיבלו כל הודעה רשמית לעזוב את המדינה וארדואן בסופו של דבר נסוג מהחלטתו.[2][3]

במאי 2022, בעקבות רצונה של שוודיה להצטרף לברית נאט"ו, טורקיה איימה להטיל וטו על הצטרפותה לברית נאטו. ההצטרפות היה מותנית באישור של כל החברות בה, כולל טורקיה. אחד מהנימוקים של ארדואן היה העובדה כי היו כמה מתנגדי משטר, מארגון ה-PKK ומארגונו של המנהיג הדתי פטהוללה גולן, שנחשבים ל"טרוריסטים" בטורקיה אך קיבלו מקלט מדיני במדינה. פינלנד שאפה לשכנע את טורקיה להסיר את התנגדותה[4][5]. חודש לאחר מכן, טורקיה טענה שכל דרישותיה התקבלו וכי היא תומכת באישור חברותן של פינלנד ושוודיה בברית נאט"ו[6]. כמו כן, דווח כי טורקיה קיבלה התחייבות לגבי הגבלות על קבוצות כורדיות שטורקיה מחשיבה כטרוריסטים, והימנעות מהחסם על נשק[7]. נחתם מזכר בין הצדדים[8]. מספר חודשים לאחר מכן, באפריל 2023 טורקיה אישרה באופן סופי את ההצעה לצירוף פינלנד ופינלנד התקבלה לברית.

יחסי סחר

בשנת 2018 הסתכם היקף הסחר הדו-צדדי בין טורקיה לפינלנד ב-1,323 מיליארד דולר (יצוא טורקי 339 מיליון דולר; יבוא 984 מיליארד דולר), בהתאמה עלייה של 7% בהשוואה לשנה הקודמת.

פריטי הייצוא העיקריים של טורקיה לפינלנד כוללים מכוניות, חלקים ואביזרים לרכב מנועי, מוצרי קרמיקה וסלילה, ואילו פריטי הייבוא העיקריים שלה מפינלנד הם עיסת עץ כימית, נייר וקרטון, מצופים בקאולין או בחומרים אורגניים ופלדת סגסוגת שטוחה - מוצרים מגולגלים.

ההשקעות הישירות הזרות מפינלנד לטורקיה בין השנים 2002–2018 הסתכמו בכ-366 מיליון דולר, ואילו ההשקעות הישירות הזרות הטורקיות בפינלנד באותה התקופה היו 19 מיליון דולר[9].

128,860 תיירים פינים ביקרו בטורקיה בשנת 2018, בהתאמה לעלייה של 33% בהשוואה לשנה הקודמת[9].
