American Institute of Bisexuality (AIB), dikenal pula sebagai Bisexual Foundation, adalah sebuah yayasan yang didirikan pada 23 Juli 1998 oleh ilmuwan, psikiater, dan aktivis hak biseksual Amerika Serikat, Fritz Klein[2] untuk mengkampanyekan dan memberikan dukungan dan bantuan terhadap penelitian dan pendidikan tentang biseksualitas.[3][4]

Beberapa program yang dikerjakan oleh AIB adalah penerbitan situs bi.org (dulu dikenal sebagai bisexual.org) yang berisi informasi dan sumber-sumber mengenai biseksualitas serta sebuah jurnal akademik tentang biseksualitas yaitu Journal of Bisexuality yang diterbitkan sejak tahun 2001.[3] AIB juga menawarkan bantuan serta dana hibah untuk penelitian yang mengkaji biseksualitas.[5]
