Barry Jenkins (lahir 19 November 1979) adalah pembuat film Amerika Serikat yang tinggal di Los Angeles. Ia dikenal sebagai sutradara film Medicine for Melancholy (2008) dan Moonlight (2016). Moonlight mendapat pujian luas dan puluhan penghargaan, termasuk Golden Globe Award for Best Picture – Drama.[1]
