Gro Harlem Brundtland (IPA: /gro hɑɭɛm brʉntlɑnd/^ⓘ; lahir 20 April 1939 ) adalah politikus dan dokter Norwegia.

Gro lahir di Baerum dan mendapatkan gelar dari Universitas Oslo setelah 7 tahun menuntut ilmu. Gelar dokter muda (cand. med.) dari Universitas Oslo pada tahun 1963 dan gelar MKes dari Universitas Harvard tahun 1965.

Karier politik

Gro menjadi Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Norwegia dari tahun 1974 hingga '79 lalu pada Februari hingga Oktober 1981 menjadi PM. Kabinetnya terkenal di dunia internasional memiliki 8 menteri wanita dari keseluruhan yang berjumlah 18.

Ia menjadi PM pada tahun 1986 hingga 1989 dan 1990 hingga 1996. Ia mundur sebagai pimpinan Partai Buruh Norwegia tahun 1992.

Dari Mei 1998 hingga Juli 2003 Gro menjabat sebagai DirJen Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO).
