James Joseph Pallotta (lahir 13 Maret, 1958) adalah seorang milyuner asal Amerika Serikat.[6] Pada tahun 2009, dia mendirikan perusahaan investasi swasta bernama Raptor Group.[7] Sebelum membentuk Raptor, Pallotta adalah wakil presiden pada Tudor Investment Corporation. Saat ini, dirinya adalah co-owner dan presiden klub Serie A Italia A.S. Roma; co-owner dan anggota dewan eksekutif pada klub NBA Boston Celtics,[8] sekaligus co-owner waralaba esports Fnatic.[9]
