Pulau Bohu adalah pulau yang merupakan bagian dari desa Garapia, kecamatan Monano, kabupaten Gorontalo Utara, Gorontalo dan terletak di sebelah pulau Dodepo. Pulau ini bisa dicapai dengan berkendara motor selama kurang lebih 1 jam dari pusat kota Gorontalo.

Pulau ini berada tidak jauh dari kantor desa Garapia dan dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki sejauh satu kilometer menuju dermaga. Menuju pulau Bohu bisa menggunakan perahu sewaan dari nelayan dan ditempuh selama 30 menit perjalanan laut.[1]

Pulau ini terbentuk di atas hamparan karang dengan perairan dangkal dan terkenal sebagai lokasi wisata. Di dekat pulau ini terdapat dua pulau yaitu pulau Batumandi dan pulau Batungobungo.[2]
