Seni rupa Helenistik adalah seni rupa dari periode zaman klasik yang umumnya dibuat dari kematian Aleksander Agung pada 323 SM sampai akhir penaklukan dunia Yunani oleh bangsa Romawi, sebuah proses yang berjalan pada tahun 146 SM, saat daratan Yunani diambil, dan secara esensial berakhir pada tahun 31 SM dengan penaklukan Mesir Ptolemaik setelah Pertempuran Actium. Sejumlah karya terkanl dari pahatan Yunani ada pada zaman tersebut, yang meliputi Laocoön dan Putra-putranya, Venus de Milo, dan Dewi Kemenangan dari Samothrace. Masa tersebut disusul oleh masa Yunani Klasik, sementara seni rupa Yunani-Romawi yang menggantikannya banyak melanjutkan tren-tren Helenistik.

Istilah Helenistik merujuk kepada perluasan pengaruh Yunani dan penekanan gagasannya setelah kematian Aleksander – suatu hal yang meng-"Helenisasi"-kan dunia,^[1] dengan bahasa Yunani Koine sebagai bahasa umum.^[2] Istilah tersebut adalah penemuan modern; dunia Helenistik tak hanya meliputi sebuah wilayah yang melingkupi seluruh Aegea, meskipun Yunani Klasik berfokus pada Poleis dari Athena dan Sparta, namun juga sebuah rangkaian waktu.
