Vladimir (Zev) Zelenko (kelahiran 1973)[1] adalah seorang dokter keluarga Ukraina-Amerika yang dikenal karena mempromosikan kombinasi tiga obat hidroksiklorokuin, seng sulfat dan azitromisin sebagai bagian dari pengobatan eksperimental untuk Covid-19 yang dipromosikan olehnya sebagai Protokol Zelenko. Ia juga mempromosikan nasehat medis tanpa dasar, teori konspirasi dan misinformasi soal vaksinasi Covid-19.[2]

Pada 23 Maret 2020, Zelenko mengirim surat terbuka kepada presiden AS Donald Trump dimana ia mengklaim berhasil mengobati ratusan pasien Covid-19 dengan memakai protokolnya selama lima hari. Protokol pengobatan Zelenko dengan cepat meraih ketenaran dengan berbagai figur media dan berbagai pejabat pemerintahan Trump mempromosikannya, termasuk Rudy Giuliani, dan kepala staf Gedung Putih Mark Meadows, disamping pesan-pesan peringatan dari para pakar kesehatan.[3]
