H. Yulianto, S.H., M.M. (lahir 27 Juli 1963) adalah Bupati Pasaman Barat periode 2019—2021 menggantikan Syahiran yang meninggal dunia pada 3 Agustus 2019.[2] Sebelumnya, ia adalah Wakil Bupati Pasaman Barat periode 2016—2019.[3]

Biografi

Yulianto lahir di Banyumas, Jawa Tengah, 27 Juli 1963. Ia menempuh pendidikan di SDN 01 Salo (1970-1976), SMPN 1 Pasaman (1976-1979), dan SMAN 1 Pasaman (1979-1983). Ia menamatkan pendidikan D3 AMIK Padang (1989). Lalu ia menamatkan pendidikan S1 Ilmu Hukum di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum (STIH) Yayasan Pendidikan Pasaman dan meraih gelar Sarjana Hukum (2004-2009).[1][4]

Karier politik

Pada Pemilu Legislatif 2009, Yulianto maju sebagai caleg dan terpilih menjadi Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman Barat periode 2009-2014 dari Partai Demokrat. Pada tahun 2012, ia terpilih menjadi Ketua DPRD Pasaman Barat sekaligus juga menjabat Ketua DPC Partai Demokrat Pasaman Barat. Pada pemilu berikutnya, ia kembali duduk sebagai anggota dewan dan menjabat Wakil Ketua DPRD Pasaman Barat. Setahun kemudian ia maju mendampingi mantan bupati Syahiran dalam Pemilihan umum Bupati Pasaman Barat 2015 dan berhasil terpilih sebagai Wakil Bupati Pasaman Barat periode 2016-2021.[4] Yulianto berhasil merampungkan pendidikan S2 Magister Manajemen di Universitas Putra Indonesia (2016–2018).[5]

Pada tahun 2019, Yulianto menjabat Bupati Pasaman Barat menggantikan Bupati Syahiran yang meninggal dunia.
