Deuterostomia (nomen a Carolo Grobben anno 1908 statutum) sunt animalium superphylum. Subdivisiones proximae Chordata et Xenambulacraria esse proponuntur; Xenambulacrariis sunt divisiones quattuor, videlicet Xenoturbellida, Acoelomorpha, Echinodermata, Hemichordata. Deuterostomia a Protostomiis abhinc annorum 558 milies milium iam divisa fuisse censetur, aevo Praecambrio exeunte.
