Garliavos Adomo Mitkaus pagrindinės mokyklos stadionas – stadionas su futbolo aikšte ir tribūnomis Garliavos pietuose, į rytus nuo Garliavos Adomo Mitkaus pagrindinės mokyklos pastato. Talpa – 500 žiūrovų.[1] Tai tarptautinius reikalavimus atitinkantis futbolo stadionas, įrengtas tarp A. Mitkaus pagrindinės mokyklos ir „Garlitos“ įmonės.[2]

Istorija

Stadionas iki rekonstrukcijos, 2019 m.

Garliavoje XX a. nebuvo komandų, žaidusių bent regioninėse Lietuvos lygose. Nepaisant to, sovietmečiu kaip daugelyje miestų taip ir Garliavoje buvo įrengtas stadionas prie mokyklos, kuri vėliau tapo Garliavos A. Mitkaus mokykla. Be to, 2008 m. įsikūrė FK Garliava klubas, kuriam taip pat reikėjo futbolo infrastruktūros. Dėl to buvo nutarta stadioną rekonstruoti pritaikant jį bent I lygos futbolo varžyboms. Tai buvo bendras LFF ir Kauno rajono savivaldybės projektas – savivaldybė finansavo stadiono įrengimą (900 tūkst. eurų), o aukščiausios kategorijos dirbtinė aikštės danga buvo paklota už LFF lėšas (100 tūkst. eurų).[3] Be to, prisidėjo LR vyriausybė (250 tūkst. eurų), taip pat ir FK Garliava – už jų lėšas pastatyti 7 moduliai, kuriuose įrengtos administracinės ir sporto inventoriaus saugojimo patalpos, persirengimo kabinos, sanitariniai mazgai, teisėjų kambarys. Stadioną rekonstravo konkursą laimėjusi UAB „Kelminta“, atliktų darbų vertė siekė 1,3 mln. eurų.[4]

2019 m. liepą buvo nuspręsta, kad 2020 m. pavasarį šalia Garliavos A. Mitkaus pagrindinės mokyklos turėtų atsirasti natūralių matmenų, tarptautinius standartus atitinkantis futbolo stadionas.[5] Stadione suplanuotas tarptautinius reikalavimus atitinkantis apšvietimas, tribūnos. Antrajame etape bus įrengtos pagalbinės patalpos.[6] Projektai suplanuoti 2019 m.,[7] darbai pradėti 2020 m. pavasarį.[8] 2020 m. rugsėjo 29 d. stadionas buvo iškilmingai atidarytas,[9] jį pašventino Garliavos parapijos klebonas Gintaras Urbštas. Iškilmėse dalyvavo LFF generalinis sekretorius Edgaras Stankevičius, rajono meras Valerijus Makūnas. Pirmieji aikštės dangą išmėgino Lietuvos futbolo jaunimo (U-15) ir Garliavos rinktinių sportininkai, kur pergalę 3-1 šventė garliaviškiai.

Stadionas

Stadione įrengti pėsčiųjų takeliai, pritaikyti žmonėms su negalia, bėgimo takai. Už futbolo vartų įrengtos 6 metrų aukščio kamuolių gaudyklės, žiūrovams pastatytos 500 vietų lengvų konstrukcijų tribūnos, 42 vietų dengta tribūna teisėjams ir komandų atsarginiams žaidėjams. Sporto aikštynui apšviesti suprojektuotos atramos su LED tipo šviestuvais.[10]
