Biografija

Diplomato karjera

  • 1990–1992 m. – Lietuvos Aukščiausiosios Tarybos deputatas, Užsienio reikalų komisijos narys;
  • 1992 m. – Aukščiausiosios Tarybos Užsienio reikalų komisijos pirmininkas, Aukščiausiosios Tarybos delegacijos ryšiams su Europos Parlamentu vadovas;
  • 1994–1997 m. – konsulas, Lietuvos Respublikos konsulato Seinuose vadovas;
  • 1997 m. gruodžio 23 d. – 2001 m. spalio 31 d. Lietuvos Respublikos nepaprastasis ir įgaliotasis ambasadorius Atėnuose, Graikijoje;
  • 2002–2003 m. – Vidaus reikalų ministerijos Tarptautinių ryšių ir Europos integracijos departamento Europos integracijos skyriaus vyriausiasis specialistas.
