Anders Larsen Bakke (født Anders Larsen Karlsrud 13. desember 1815, død 25. februar 1899[1]) var en norsk sjømann, snekker, bonde, gründer, meieripionér og produktutvikler. Etter at han i 1848 kjøpte gården Østre Bakke i Våle i Vestfold, skiftet han etternavnet fra Karlsrud til Bakke. På gården startet han med meieri- og ysteridrift. Og det var her han utviklet etter mange eksperimenter jarlsbergosten. Dette ble omtalt offentlig første gang i Amtsberetning 1855 for Jarlsberg og Larvik amt. På sine eldre dager flyttet han til Vestre Holm i Våle, og hans etterkommere tok derfor Holm som slektsnavn.

Imidlertid var den ægte Schweizerost kommet i handelen til gode priser, og Anders Bakke fik da den idé at fremstille en lignende vare. Det var først efter utallige mislykkede forsøg, der vidner om hans ubøielige energi og stempler ham som foregangsmanden, at det endelig lykkedes ham at fremstille en nogenlunde ensartet vare, den senere saa bekjendte Jarlsbergost. Da først byggede han eget lokale for ystingen og maatte kjøbe op melk fra en mengde gaarder i omegnen. Han var nu en navngjeten mand, og hans assistance paakaldtes for oprettelse af ysterier omkring i bygdene”.
