Eli Heiberg (født 2. oktober 1935) er en norsk fysioterapeut og sosialantropolog. Hun er særlig kjent for sitt arbeid med svangerskap og fødsel. Heiberg har utgitt en rekke bøker, skrifter og veiledninger om disse tema. Hun har også vært sentral i utformingen av norsk jordmorutdanning og i svangerskapsforberedende kurs der også menn er med. Heiberg har vært tilknyttet Folkehelseinstituttet som gjesteforsker.[2]

Heiberg tok i 1986 hovedfag i sosialantropologi ved Universitetet i Oslo på en hovedoppgave med tittelen For sikkerhets skyld: Rutiner og ritualer i svangerskapskontrollen.

Kongen utnevnte i 2006 Heiberg til ridder av 1. klasse av St. Olavs Orden for «helsefremmende arbeid innen svangerskap og fødsel.»[3]
