Stian Flo (født 4. mars 1985) er en norsk friidrettsutøver fra Grimstad som spesialiserer seg på 800 meter. Han startet sin friidrettskarriere i Sørild FIK, og representerer nå Oslo-klubben IK Tjalve.

Meritter

Flo ble norsk mester i 2007, med seier på 800 meter.[1] Han har ytterligere fire NM-medaljer, tre på 800 meter og en på 1500 meter.[2][3]

I 2012 vant han 1500 meter under NM innendørs i Steinkjer.[4]

I 2011 var han med på IK Tjalves lag som vant gull under NM i stafetter på 4x1500 meter stafett, sammen med Jan Christian Kaltenborn, Håkon Brox og Hans Kristian Fløystad.[5]

Flo har også vært med på IK Tjalves herrelag som har vunnet mennenes eliteklasse i Holmenkollstafetten i 2010, 2011 og 2012.[6][7][8]
