Jararhagin (EC 3.4.24.73, HF2-proteinaza, JF1) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Hidroliza -His10-Leu-, -Ala14-Leu-, -Tyr16-Leu- i -Phe24-Phe- veza u insulinskom B lancu

Ova hemoragička endopeptidaza je prisutna u venumu zmije Bothrops jararaca.
