NGC 4006 (također poznat kao MCG 0-31-6, PGC 37655 i UGC 6951) je eliptična galaksija koja je udaljena oko 269 miliona sg od Zemlje i nalazi se u sazviježđu Djevica. Najveći prečnik je 1,60 (125 hiljada sg) a najmanji 1,2 uglovnih minuta (94 hiljade sg).[b] Prvo otkriće je napravio John Frederick William Herschel 15. aprila 1828. godine.[2][4][5]
