Shaun Lawrence Sarda Donovan (born January 24, 1966) is an American politician. He was the United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development from 2009 to 2014 and Director of the Office of Management and Budget from 2014 to 2017.[1]

On February 3, 2020 he announced his candidacy for Mayor of New York City.[2]
