Fridrich II., zvaný Roger, (* 26. december 1194, Jesi, Taliansko – † 13. december 1250, Torremaggiore) z rodu Hohenstaufovcov bol sicílsky kráľ od roku 1198, od roku 1212 nemecký kráľ a od roku 1220 cisár Svätej rímskej ríše.

Roku 1212 vydal Zlatú bulu sicílsku, bol účastníkom šiestej križiackej výpravy (korunovaný za jeruzalemského kráľa). Od Al-Kamila získal v roku 1229 Jeruzalemské kráľovstvo, ktoré prenechal svojmu synovi, Konrádovi IV.

Bol vysoko vzdelaný a ovládal niekoľko jazykov okrem nemčiny aj latinčinu, taliančinu, francúzštinu a gréčtinu.

V rokoch 1220–1234 bol jeho spolukráľom Henrich VII. a v rokoch 1237–1250 Konrád IV. V rokoch 1246-1247 bol jeho protikráľom Henrich Raspe a v rokoch 1247–1250 Viliam Holandský.
