T. B. Joshua, celým menom Temitope Balogun Joshua, (* 12. jún 1963, Arigidi, Nigéria – † 5. jún 2021, Lagos[2][3][4][5]) bol nigérijský kresťanský kazateľ, televízny evanjelista a prorok. Bol hlavným správcom cirkevnej organizácie Synagóga, Cirkev všetkých národov (The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations – SCOAN)[6], ktorá pravidelne a naživo vysiela bohoslužby na televíznej stanici Emmanuel TV.

Biografia

Podľa oficiálneho životopisu jeho narodenie sprevádzali nezvyčajné udalosti. Údajne strávil 15 mesiacov v lone svojej matky pred svojím narodením[7] a o niekoľko dní po svojom narodení prerazil strechu jeho domu veľký balvan, ktorý padol len pár centimetrov vedľa neho.[8]

Navštevoval základnú školu St. Stephen's Anglican Primary School v Arigidi-Akoko, Nigéria medzi rokmi 1971 a 1977. V škole ho nazývali "malý pastor", kvôli jeho vášni pre Bibliu. Kvôli chudobe však nemohol dokončiť strednú školu. Pochádzal z chudobnej rodiny. Po skončení jeho štúdia robil rôzne brigádnicke práce, vrátane odnášania slepačích výkalov na hydinovej farme[9].

Počas svojho štyridsať-dňového pôstu v roku 1989[10] sa T.B. Joshua dostal do tranzu a vo videní prijal od Boha pomazanie a povolanie] do služby proroka.

Osobný život

Bol ženatý s Evelyn Joshua, mali tri deti[11].
