Atrolizin E (EC 3.4.24.44, Crotalus atrox metaloendopeptidaza e, hemoragi, ni toksin e) je enzim.^[1]^[2]^[3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Razlaganje Asn³-Gln, Ser⁹-His i Ala¹⁴-Leu veza u lancu insulina B i Tyr¹⁴-Gln i Thr⁸-Ser u A lancu. Razlaganje tipa IV kolagena na Ala⁷³-Gln u alfa1(IV) i na Gly⁷-Leu u alfa2(IV)

Ova nehemoragična endopeptidaza je prisutna u venumu zvečarke Crotalus atrox.
