Lera (makedonska: Лера) är en ort i Nordmakedonien.[1] Den ligger i kommunen Opsjtina Bitola, i den sydvästra delen av landet, 100 kilometer söder om huvudstaden Skopje. Lera ligger 750 meter över havet och antalet invånare är 444.[1] Den ligger vid sjön Jezero Streževo.[a]

Terrängen runt Lera är kuperad åt nordost, men åt sydväst är den bergig. Lera ligger nere i en dal.[b] Den högsta punkten i närheten är Barbesj, 1 395 meter över havet, 2,8 kilometer öster om Lera.[c] Runt Lera är det tätbefolkat, med 319 invånare per kvadratkilometer.[3]. Närmaste större samhälle är Bitola, 15,7 kilometer sydost om Lera.
