Robert Charles "Bob" Bell (d. 10 Nisan 1958; Belfast, Kuzey İrlanda), Renault Formula 1 takımının eski takım direktörüdür.

Bell 1982-1988 yıllarında McLaren'de aerodinamik uzmanı olarak çalışmadan önce Belfast'taki Queen's Üniversitesi'nde Uçak Mühendisliği alanında doktora yapmış,[1] 1988'deb sonra şirkette iki yıl süreyle Ar-Ge bölümü başkanlığına getirilmiştir.[2] 1997 yılında ise Benetton takımıyla anlaşmıştır.[3] 1999 yılına kadar burada baş aerodinamik uzmanı olmuş daha sonra Jordan takımında araç teknolojisi sorumlusu görevini üstlenmiştir. 2001 yılında Renault'un teknik sorumlusu yardımcısı olmuş,[4] 2003'te Mike Gascoyne Toyota'ya geçince, Renault'un teknik sorumlusu yapılmıştır.[5][6]

Flavio Briatore ve Pat Symonds'un Renault Formula 1 kazası tartışmasıyla ilgili olarak istifa etmesi sonucu, 23 Eylül 2009'da yılın geri kalan kısmı için takım patronu olarak atanmıştır.[7] 2010'da ise 6 Ekim 2010 tarihinde takımdan ayrılana kadar, Bell takım direktörlüğü görevini üstlenmiştir.[8]
