Eşli oynanış'a sahip oyunlardan Guacamelee!'nin ekran görüntüsü

Eşli oynanış ya da İngilizce orijinal terimin kısaltmasıyla co-op, genel olarak nişan alma ve strateji oyunlarında kullanılan evrensel bir video oyun terimidir. Kooperatif oynayışın ana işlevi birden çok oyuncunun aynı tarafta bilgisayarın yapay zekâsına karşı bir amaç için savaşmasıdır.

Bu oynanış biçiminde oyuncu kendi takımını kurar veya kurulu bir takımda yer alır. Karşılarında bilgisayarın yönlendirdiği "bot" olarak adlandırılan düşmanlar vardır. Belirli bir süre içinde verilen hedeflerin yok edilmesi istenir. Kooperatif oyunun iki takım oyuncuların birbirleriyle yarıştıkları şekline ise takım ölüm maçı denir.

İşbirlikli oynanış örnekleri ağ bağlantısı teknolojilerinin de gelişmesiyle son yıllarda daha da çoğalmıştır.[1] Nişancı oyunları, spor oyunları, gerçek zamanlı strateji oyunları ve çok oyunculu çevrimiçi oyunlar gibi birçok türde işbirlikli oynanış yaygınlaşmıştır.
