Joe Wilkinson

Joe Wilkinson, 2020

Joseph Roland Wilkinson (2 Mayıs 1975 doğumlu) bir İngiliz komedyen, oyuncu ve yazardır. Komedi kariyerine 2004 yılında yerel köy barında başladı.[1] Ayrıca, Live at the Apollo ve Live at the Electric gibi programlarla televizyonda yer aldı ve 2011'den beri solo turneye çıkmaktadır. Kendisi ayrıca Diane Morgan ile birlikte komedi ikilisi "Two Episodes of Mash" ın da yarısıdır.

2006'da Wilkinson, Hackney Empire Yılın Yeni Aktörü Ödülünü kazandı.[2]

Erken dönem

Wilkinson, 2 Mayıs 1975'te Brian Wilkinson ve Stella (Evlilik öncesi soyadı Dunster) Wilkinson [3] için doğdu ve Kent'te büyüdü.[4][5]

Kariyer

Wilkinson, kariyerine 2004 yılında, kayıt yaptırdığı bir açık mikrofon gecesinde yerel bir barda başladı.[6] 2008'den beri, Joe Wilkinson: My Mum's Called Stella and My Dad's Called Brian",[7] turu dahil olmak üzere birçok stand-up gösterisi gerçekleştirdi ve Edinburgh Fringe ve Bloomsbury Tiyatrosu gibi mekanlarda yer aldı.

Petra Exton ile Temmuz 2015'te evlendi ve Brighton'da yaşıyor.[8]
