Josef Bouška (d. 25 Ağustos 1945, Trnava), Çekoslovak-Slovak futbolcu ve teknik direktördür. Orta saha pozisyonunda görev aldığı futbolculuk kariyerinin ardından teknik direktörlük yapmıştır.

Futbolculuk kariyeri

1963-1964 yıllarında Sparta Praha, 1964-1965 yıllarında Tachov, 1965-1966 yıllarında ikinci kez Sparta Praha, 1966-1967 yıllarında Zbrojovka Brno, 1967-1971 yılları arasında üçüncü kez Sparta Praha, 1971-1972 yıllarında Sellier & Bellot Vlašim ve son olarak 1972-1975 yılları arasında Slavia Praha forması giydi. Sparta Praha ile 1963-64 sezonunda Československý pohár şampiyonluğu yaşadı.

Meksiko'da düzenlenen 1968 Yaz Olimpiyatları'ndaki futbol turnuvasında Çekoslovakya millî takımıyla mücadele etti.

Teknik direktörlük kariyeri

Ocak-Haziran 1981 arasında Slavia Praha'nın teknik direktörlüğünü yaptı.[1] 1983'te Zbrojovka Brno|Zbrojovka Brno'yu çalıştırdı. 1986-1987 yılları arasında Alajuelense'nin teknik direktörlüğünü yaptı.[2][3] O yıl CONCACAF Şampiyonlar Kupası'nda şampiyonluğa ulaşan takım, Copa Interamericana'da ise ikincilik elde etti.[4] 1987'de takımdan ayrıldı.[4] 1988-1991 yılları arasında teknik direktörlüğünü yaptığı Saprissa ile 1988 ve 1989 sezonlarında Liga FPD şampiyonluğu yaşadı.[4] Son olarak 1992'de Herediano'yu çalıştırdı.[4]
