Mille-feuille, milföy hamuru ve pastacı kreması ile yapılan Fransız mutfağına ait bir hamur işi türüdür. Kuzey Amerika'da Napolyon pastası, Birleşik Krallık'ta ise vanilya dilimi veya krema dilimi (veya muhallebi dilimi) olarak isimlendirilir.[1][2] Tatlı modern şeklini Marie-Antoine Carême'in yaptığı dokunuşlardan sonra almıştır.

Geleneksel tarife göre, mille-feuille üç kat milföy hamurundan yapılır ve bu hamurların aralarına iki kat olacak şekilde pastacı kreması konur. En üstte kalan milföy hamuru, pudra şekeri, kakao, hamur kırıntıları veya dilimlenmiş badem ile süslenebilir. Bazı tariflerde ise üst kısım için sadece krem şanti kullanılır. Tatlının daha sonradan yapılan varyasyonlarında, buzlanma veya şeker hamuru kaplama yapılabilir ya da beyaz (şekerleme) ve kahverengi (çikolata) gibi renkli şekerleme şeritleriyle mermer görüntüsü vermek için tarama tekniği uygulanır.[3] Tatlı genellikle çilek ve ahududu gibi meyvelerle süslenir.[4]
