Ahmet Orhan Arda (19 Mayıs 1911, Selanik - 4 Temmuz 2003, İstanbul), Türk mimar ve akademisyendir.

Selanik'te 19 Mayıs 1911 tarihinde doğdu. İlköğretim ve lise eğitimini İstanbul'da tamamladı. 1936'da (İTÜ) Yüksek Mühendis Mektebi'nden mezun oldu. 1938'de mezun olduğu yüksek okulun inşaat şubesine asistan olarak göreve başladı.[kaynak belirtilmeli] 1939 yılında doçent olmaya hak kazandı. 1960'ta İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Mimarlık Fakültesi ikinci bina kürsüsünde profesörlüğe atandı.

1 Mart 1941'de Anıtkabir için açılan uluslararası yarışmaya Emin Onat ile birlikte katıldı. İkilinin projesi birincilikle ödüllendirildi. Anıtkabir'in uygulama projeleri ve inşaat sürecinde Emin Onat'la birlikte çalıştı. Üniversitede 1945'e kadar Emin Onat'la birlikte daha sonra tek başına mimarî proje dersleri verdi. Yüksek Mühendis Mektebi'nin İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi'ne dönüştürülmesi ile birlikte, bina bilgisi alanında doçent unvanını aldı. Bu tarihten itibaren 10 Kasım 1953 tarihine kadar (Atatürk'ün Anıtkabir'e defni) geçen süre içinde bir taraftan akademik ve büro çalışmalarını yürütürken aynı süre içinde üniversitedeki görevinden izinli olarak, Anıtkabir'in şantiye çalışmalarına da katıldı.

1960 yılında İTÜ Mimarlık Fakültesi bina bilgisi profesörlüğüne atandı. Bir süre sonra aynı kürsünün başkanlığına getirildi. İTÜ Mimarlık Fakültesi'nde çevre analizi ve endüstrileşmiş bina tasarımı kürsüsünde profesör olarak görev yaptı. 1978 yılında üniversitedeki görevinden emekli oldu. Mimarlar Odası 828 numaralı üyesi Profesör Orhan Arda, 4 Temmuz 2003'te öldü. Taşkışla'daki İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Mimarlık Fakültesi'nde düzenlenen törenin ve Şişli Camii'nde kılınan cenaze namazının ardından cenazesi Zincirlikuyu Mezarlığı'na defnedildi.[1]
