Postal

Postal, çatışma veya eğitim sırasında askerler tarafından giyilmek üzere tasarlanmış askerî botlardır. Modern postallar, sağlam bir çevre için uygun kavrama, ayak bileği stabilitesi ve ayak koruma kombinasyonu sağlamak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Bunlar geleneksel olarak sertleştirilmiş ve bazen su geçirmez suni deri malzemeden yapılmıştır. Günümüzde birçok savaş botu havalandırma ve konforu artıran Gore-Tex naylon yan panelleri gibi sivil yürüyüş botlarından kaynaklanan teknolojileri içermektedir. Ayrıca genellikle orman botları, çöl botları ve soğuk hava botları gibi belirli iklim ve koşulların yanı sıra, tanker botları ve atlama botları gibi özel kullanımlar için de uzmanlaşmışlardır.[1][2][3]
