Somali devlet başkanları listesi

Bu liste Somali devlet başkanlarının bir listesidir. Cumhurbaşkanlığı makamının 1960 yılında kurulmasından bu yana 9 resmi cumhurbaşkanı olmuştur. Cumhurbaşkanı, Somali'nin devlet başkanı ve Somali Silahlı Kuvvetlerinin başkomutanıdır. Şu anki makam sahibi, 2022 cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimini kazanan Hasan Şeyh Mahmud'dur. Daha önce 2022 cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimini kazanan ve 2012-2017 yılları arasında görev yapan Mahmud, bu görevi birkaç kez üstlenen ilk kişidir.

  4. ^ 1990'ların ikinci yarısında, farklı hizip liderleri başkanlık için mücadele etti ve hiçbiri uluslararası tanınırlık kazanamadı. General Muhammed Farrah Aidid 15 Haziran 1995'ten 1 Ağustos 1996'daki ölümüne kadar cumhurbaşkanı olduğunu iddia etmiş, onu 2 Ağustos 1996'dan 20 Mart 1998'e kadar oğlu Hüseyin Farrah Aidid takip etmiştir.
  5. ^ Musa Hasan Abdülle, 20 Ağustos 2012'den 28 Ağustos 2012'ye kadar, yeni meclis başkanı ve cumhurbaşkanı seçimleri yaklaşırken meclis başkanı ve dolayısıyla cumhurbaşkanı vekili olarak görev yapmıştır. Geçici anayasanın 95. maddesine göre: "Somali Federal Cumhuriyeti Cumhurbaşkanlığı makamının boşalması halinde, Federal Parlamento Halk Meclisi başkanı, en fazla otuz (30) gün içinde yeni bir Federal Cumhuriyet cumhurbaşkanı seçilinceye kadar Federal Cumhuriyet'in cumhurbaşkanı olarak görev yapar."[3]
